If this is your first physical therapy appointment and don’t know what to expect, no worries. Below we have listed an overview of what is needed at your first appointment.
- Health insurance card
- Prescription from your physician
- Depending on the diagnosis we are treating wear or bring a t-shirt or loose fitting clothing.
- An initial evaluation will take between 45 minutes to one hour. Afterward plan on 30 – 60 minutes per visit, depending on the injury being treated.
- Overland Rehab is a provider most major insurance
