Ryan Gallagher, DPT is a native of Neligh, NE and is a graduate of Neligh-Oakdale High School. He attended The University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he graduated earning his BEHS in Athletic Training in 2005.
While at UNL, Ryan was a Student Athletic Trainer for the wrestling, men’s basketball, men’s gymnastics, and football teams. He was accepted into the Physical Therapy program at the University Of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, where he graduated with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree in 2009.
That same year Ryan began working for Overland Rehabilitation Services, primarily serving the communities of Plainview and Osmond. He has continued his education through post-graduate courses, furthering his knowledge to treat his patients in the communities he serves.
Ryan treats a variety of patients, young and old with a wide range of diagnoses including orthopedics, neurological, and geriatrics. He treats outpatients at the Osmond and Plainview Hospitals in addition to the acute care and skilled care patients in those facilities. He also treats residents at the Plainview Manor and coordinates the functional maintenance program.
Ryan is married with two sons and one daughter. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, and hunting.
