Overland Rehabilitation Skilled facilities include AMH, OGH, CHI – Plainview, Plainview Manor, and Alpine Village. Medicare-aged patients who have a 3-night hospital admission for acute care can transfer into Skilled Care for rehabilitation. When strong enough to return to their home, rehabilitation can be continued through outpatient services.
